Case study. Successful support in recovering overpaid withholding tax
We provide our clients with ongoing support in a wide range of matters, including issues related to withholding tax. One such example is a recently completed case involving the recovery of withholding tax using the pay & refund mechanism.
The outcome? A total of nearly PLN 2 million in withholding tax was successfully recovered.
This case not only resulted in a satisfied client but also demonstrated the value of leveraging available mechanisms and the importance of having a tax advisor who knows how to apply them effectively.
The refund process itself involves more than just preparing the right application; it also requires gathering extensive documentation and presenting it to the tax authorities.
Thank you for your trust. We’re proud to have played a part in this success.
