A revolution in combatting mobbing and discrimination
A new definition of mobbing and a broadened concept of discrimination are just some of the changes included in the government's draft amendment to the Labour Code, which was submitted to the Parliament in February 2026. On 7 April 2026, an amendment to the Act on the National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy) was published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dziennik Ustaw).
