TIAS participates in KITA conference in Katowice
South Korean companies continue to actively explore opportunities for growth in Poland. We experienced this while participating in a conference promoting the business potential of BUSAN – second largest city in this country.
This international event, held in Katowice, was organized by the Korean International Trade Association (KITA). Among the guests were CEOs and representatives of leading companies from Busan, as well as Korean banks present in Poland specializing in supporting Korean investments and international trade.
Asian investors were particularly interested in Poland’s strategic location between Eastern and Western Europe, its highly educated workforce, and the investment incentives available through the investment zones.
TIAS had the pleasure to present its "know-how" and services:
🔸 SeungEun Han: Type of companies in Poland, legalization of stay and work permits for Korean citizens
🔸 Su Jin Lee: Employment of Korean Nationals in Poland – types of employment contracts, taxation, social and health insurance, and available tax deduction.
🔸 Adam Smuga: Comprehensive TIAS services supporting Korean companies to run businesses in Poland safely and successfully.
It was an honor to engage in direct conversations with investors from Busan.
We thank the organizers and everyone we had the opportunity to meet.
