TIAS on a trade mission to Taiwan
TIAS was honored to join the largest Polish business mission to Taiwan – with 80+ leaders from business, government, and trade institutions.The goal: to deepen economic ties and build solid ground for joint tech and investment projects.
Highlights like the Polish Gala Dinner and Poland–Taiwan Business Forum brought together hundreds of guests and strong institutional support, incl. Deputy Minister Michał Jaros z Ministerstwa Rozwoju i Technologii, Head of the Polish Office in Taipei Cyryl Kozaczewski, and President of Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) Andrzej Dycha.
Meanwhile, a packed agenda of B2B meetings, study visits, and talks with Taiwanese companies covers key sectors: automation, energy, ICT, infrastructure, and green tech.
TIAS representative Krzysztof Drynda was one of the Forum panelist. He noted: “Poland needs tech solutions – Taiwan has them. The challenge is not intent, but mutual understanding, aligned incentives, and grounded local projects.”
TIAS supports Taiwanese companies entering Poland with 360° assistance – from strategic advisory to local implementation and long-term partnerships.

Labor Code: new amendments strengthening the principle of equal pay for men and women
On June 4, 2025, a law was passed amending the Polish Labor Code. These amendments are intended to partially implement into Polish law Directive (EU) 2023/970 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023, which aims to strengthen the principle of equal pay for men and women performing the same work or work of equal value – through pay transparency and enforcement mechanisms.

The main objective of the proposed amendments is to significantly strengthen PIP’s authority in overseeing compliance with labor law.
