TIAS at the Polish Economic Congress organized by Employers of Poland
On May 21, our representatives Krzysztof Załubski, Adam Smuga and Krzysztof Drynda – took part in the Polish Economic Congress, one of the country’s key forums for dialogue on economic and regulatory challenges.Adam Smuga participated as a panelist in the discussion titled "Employment of Foreigners in Poland as a Remedy for Economic and Demographic Challenges." The conversation focused on recent changes in immigration regulations, particularly the new legislation concerning the employment of foreign nationals.
The panel also featured experts such as Adam Niedziółka (ADN) and Konrad Pokutycki (BSH), who shared practical insights and discussed the risks, legal interpretations, and operational challenges faced by employers.
In his remarks, Adam Smuga highlighted the expansion of enforcement authorities’ powers regarding work and residence permits.
TIAS's participation in the congress was not only an opportunity to strengthen business relationships but also to actively contribute to shaping the conversation about the future of the labor market and migration policy.

A revolution in combatting mobbing and discrimination
